The Director of Women's & Children's Services is responsible for the 24/7 leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight of the Labor & Delivery unit, postpartum/newborn services, and associated outpatient OB-GYN clinics.
Requirements
- Current RN or CNM license - [REQUIRED]
- 1-3 years progressive leadership experience in maternal-child health - [PREFERRED]
- Experience with regulatory surveys and perinatal safety programs - [PREFERRED]
- BSN - [REQUIRED] - MSN, MHA, or related field - [PREFERRED]
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certification (EFM) - [PREFERRED]
- Locals accepted
AWHONN, BLS (AHA), State License Requirements- Vermont
